Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients and support our team, the following policy applies:
• A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all services and clients.
• As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
• Less than 24hrs Cancellation or "No Shows" will be charged in full if not rescheduled within 3 days.
By booking with Rose & Crown Hair, you acknowledge and authorize us to apply this fee in accordance with our policy.

Salon Services
We do not offer refunds on salon services.
If you have any concerns, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
Where appropriate, we may offer an adjustment appointment with the original stylist at no additional cost.
